Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Climb, a Shopify app by 8th Origin LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Climb, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

The service

Climb adds a slide-out cart drawer that opens over your Shopify storefront theme, with a rewards ladder (free shipping, free gift, percent-off and amount-off milestones), cross-sell and gift offers, and an order bump. Discounts are created as real Shopify automatic discounts and applied by Shopify's own checkout through a Shopify Function you configure; Climb has no code in your checkout. We provide the app that creates and manages that configuration.

Billing

Climb has one plan: $19.99 USD per month, billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring monthly basis and shown on your Shopify invoice. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial; the first charge lands only after the trial ends. The same price is shown on our App Store listing and in the app before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling Climb; charges stop at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods follow Shopify's billing rules. We do not process cards directly and never see your payment details.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Climb only for your lawful Shopify business, to configure rewards and discounts honestly, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the offers and discounts you set up for your shoppers.

Your content

The text, products, and settings you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display them as needed to run the app on your storefront.

Availability

We work to keep Climb running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost sales or profits, arising from your use of Climb. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Climb at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. On uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
